Neem oil is distinguished by its antiviral, antibacterial, antiparasitic, antiseptic, and antifungal properties. These actions, ideal for both health and beauty care, also make it perfect for protecting plants and animals from pest attacks, excluding those with gray hair. A few drops of essential oils can be added to Neem oil to make it more fragrant and possibly enhance its action against the disease being treated or prevented. Neem oil is also known for its ability to stimulate the immune system. Because it is very potent and concentrated, it is necessary to dilute a few drops in natural-based creams or milder vegetable oils, such as jojoba oil, before applying it to the skin.
